Why Do Illegal Mexican Women Have More Say Then a Us Man?

Question by tempthack02: why do illegal mexican women have more say then a us man?
Trying to get custody of 1 year old, daughter is beautiful. North carolina courts don’t care if a mexican who is illegal raiding the us tax dollar money, mother is mad because i wouldn’t marry her because she lied to much too me. I have private ins, life ins dental, but she is able still to get wic and medicaid. Then when you go up to the places they say think of you daughter first. I say a always have, from the day she was born, im not the one fraudulently filling out applications. I work have a mortgage pay my bills, i just met and had a baby by an illegal. The system would just laugh at me if i needed help. Courts just don’t look at fact anymore, unless the woman is using drugs or abusing children its so bias. You think about deporting, but that wont work either because i would be just as bad as she. My lawyer says she will mess up just wait, lot easier to say that now,. If i went to mexico and it was the other way around would it be the same. I will never stop loving my daughter, im just tired, i guess i have to learn to play ball.

It does’t matter if she is legal or illegal, usually the child’s best interest is to be with his/her mother.
