Question by Jareth: My boyfriend’s Warcraft addiction messing up a good relationship?
Ok, I started playing WoW about two years ago , but when I hooked up with my guy I showed him the game and now he is hooked. I grew out of the game, moved on to other things more important (like my education) but now he is trapped.
He plays seven hours or more a night. Last week when we went on vacation and he knew he wouldn’t be able to play for a few days, he stayed up literally the entire night playing (with no sleep).
When I stay over at his house, he puts me off “oh, sorry this guy needs help.” or “Gotta finish this instance.” On some accounts when we have been inbed together, I will cuddle up to him while he is playing and try to come on to him, but he will get agrivated.
Its not like we don’t do other stuff, he use to be so into his health and working out. The guy would run ten miles a day… but now he runs about three miles twice a week.
Dumping him is not an option.

Buy him a Family Guy DVD set, so he’ll get unhooked from WoW ))
