Question by heiress: Is Hilary Duff on drugs?
I mean, she looks like she uses them! After all, she is dating the 26-year old Joel Madden from Good Charlotte who used to be a heavy alcoholic and drug-user! I think he made a GIGANTIC influence on her negatively. She used to be so smart, sweet, and innocent. She also seems to be denying everything including the fact that she was going out with Joel and it’s been over a year and has been denying it for half of their relationship!
