I was watching the Victoria Secret Fashion Show 2009, and had seen they do excersises and have certain diets. Could anyone elebarate?

dont expect that those girls contribute to their appearance with “diet” or “exercise” for a millisecond.
They look like that because of not eating anything, eating disorders, and drug addiction.
most of them dont make it past 30 either. If one of them happens to be endorsing a workout idea, its because she’s getting paid to say that.
