Question by pickle: How can I improve my concentration?
I have trouble concentrating on what’s going on it class. The material isn’t hard but my mind wonders and staying focused it a problem. People have told me to get a prescription for Adderall but I don’t know much about this drug. Any advice?

go and see a doctor, you could have attention deficit disorder, dont worry if you have it, my psychologist has it and he became a professional, you just got to treat it.

Drink green tea, have fruits and vegetables, take lots of sleep, and highlight the main topics. Raise your hand and ask questions.
If they say something important, repeat that in your head a lot, before 20 minutes are up. =]
