How Do I Give Up My Baby Without Consent From My Husband in North Carolina?

Question by : How do I give up my baby without consent from my husband in north carolina?
We are seperated now. He has shown absolutely no interest in the baby since he found out(im 33 weeks pregnant). He told me when I was 3 months he wanted nothing to do with the baby but now(a week ago) he called out of the blue and wanted to talk about names and getting a divorce. I suggested adoption(been talking to adoption agencies) and he said no. He has no job, on unemployment and drinks every single day as well as drugs(there is pics of him doing so on myspace and facebook). He comes home(to his parents) about 3-4 in the morning everyday. He is very immature and very irresponsible. He curses me and basically verbally abuses me on the phone and hangs up. I talked to his mother about it and she and I both agree he is not ready. I already have one and no income so it is very hard for me. He has not helped me with any doctor bills nor gas to get to the doctors and shown NO support whatsoever. I feel like I cannot provide the best for this child let alone anything. I know he will not step up to the plate either. What am I suppose to do? I am not ready for another one.
